RULING On 26th November, 2013, the applicants filed an originating motion and prayed for an order for the confirmation and enforcement of a settlement award. Specifically, the applicants prayed for the following orders: “(a) An order confirming the settlement award reached between the Nii Barnie Sackey family and other communities they represent and the Nii Armatey Armaah family. (b) An order to enforce the said settlement award of the …February, 2005 signed by the parties.
