JUDGMENT Plaintiff’s suit is against his dismissal from defendant’s employment. Accordingly, he prays for the following reliefs: a. A declaration that his dismissal on the 8th of June, 1998 was wrongful and sinned against the Constitution 1992. b. A declaration that defendant failed to observe the natural justice principle in dismissing him. c. An order directed at the defendant to reinstate the plaintiff and pay him all his entitlements due him from date of dismissal to date of judgement with interest at the prevailing commercial rate. d. An order directed at defendant to pay to plaintiff his salary for May, 1999 with interest at the prevailing commercial rate. e. General damages against defendant for unlawful dismissal. f.
