RULING The Plaintiff issued a writ against the Defendants claiming the following reliefs: 1. A Declaration that the meetings and proceedings by the 1st and 2nd Defendants leading to the purported appointment of new officers of the company and the purported removal of the Plaintiff and Managing Director of the company are contrary to law and therefore null and void. 2. An order restraining the 1st and 2nd Defendants and all the appointees from holding themselves as officers of the Company in their new capacities. 3. An order for perpetual injunction restraining the 1st and 2nd Defendants from being in breach of the company regulations. 4. An order for the purchase of the 1st and 2nd Defendants’ shares by the Plaintiff. 5. Costs against the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Defendants. The Defendants also made a counterclaim against the Plaintiff for the following reliefs: (a) The loan amount granted by the 1st Defendant to the Company and said loan whose present figure can be ascerta.....
