JUDGMENT The Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant was for the sum of GH¢44,442.20 being the installation of work done in the Defendant’s offices together with a daily interest at 25% of the amount owed from October 2011 to date of final payment. It was the Plaintiff’s case as captured in its Statement of Claim that the parties entered into an agreement for the Plaintiff to lease photocopier machines and toners. The Plaintiff was also to maintain and repair the said equipment as well as to replace all defective parts and to ensure that the equipment was in good working order for the entire lease period. According to the Plaintiff, it had carried out its part of the bargain by installing, maintaining and repairing the leased equipment. To this end, it had spent an amount of GH¢44,442.20.
