JUDGMENT The Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendants was for an amount of GH¢178,000.00 with the various agreed interest(s) of 4% per month on the straight-line method and 5% default and penal interest assessed on any outstanding sum unpaid per each month till date of final payment. The Plaintiff also sued for further interest of 5% per month using the straight line method from 1st October onwards till date of final payment. In the alternative, the Plaintiff also sued for the judicial sale of the following vehicles in satisfaction of the judgment debt: 1. KIA Optima with Registration Number GS 1353-12 2. Nissan Titan with Registration Number GR 9190-12 3.
