The Plaintiff per her Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim filed on the 29th April, 2009 is seeking the following reliefs: (a) Declaration that House No. 947/3, Derby Avenue, Accra became family property of the late JOHN KWAME APPAH, upon his death in 1964 and consequently the Aduana Amoakare Family of Obo, to which the deceased belonged are the beneficial owners of the property. (b) Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendant, their agents or assigns from interfering with the Plaintiffs' possession and management of the said property. (c) An order to recall and revoke the Letters of Administration in respect of the estate of JOHN KWAME APPAH granted to the Defendants by the High Court, Accra on 14/4/2005 on grounds that same was obtained by fraudulent misrepresentation. (d) Declaration that the Plaintiff is the duly appointed customary successor of the late JOHN KWAME APPAH (deceased) and therefore her possession and management of House No. D947 Derby Avenue is lawful. ...
