The plaintiff herein described itself as a limited liability company with its head office in Kumasi and mounted the instant suit per its Managing Director claiming against the defendants jointly and severally the following reliefs: 1. A declaration that ownership to 6.30 acre land at Krapa Ejisu on Krapa Stool Land and sharing boundaries with the properties of Krapa stool land and Addai Munumkum mixed farms is vested in the plaintiff. 2. Damages for trespass. 3. An order for revocation of title deeds being prepared for the 1st defendant by the Asantehene’s Lands Secretariat and Lands Commission. 4. An order for perpetual injunction restraining the defendants, their agents, servants and any person claiming title through them from interfering with plaintiffs’ property in dispute.
