MARIAMA OWUSU, J.A.: On 18-1-2010, the High court, Accra dissolved the marriage between the parties celebrated under the Ordinance on the 14-1-1995 as having broken down beyond reconciliation. The trial court then made the following consequential orders: “I find that the children of the marriage are attached to their father, the petitioner. I grant custody of the children of the marriage to the petitioner. I have made this custody order in favour of the petitioner because of the evidence and the fact that I have had the opportunity to talk to the boys. The respondent is to have access to the children once a week on Sundays between the hours of 3:00pm to 6:00pm. I make an Order that the petitioner provides the respondent with residential accommodation for two years from the date of this judgment.
