JUDGMENT The Plaintiff issued this writ of summons on 2nd November, 2012 and claimed the following reliefs against the defendant. a) Declaration of Title to land situated at Abokobi in the Greater Accra Region and containing an approximate area of 0.25 Acre more or less and bounded on the North-West by lessor’s land measuring 180 feet more or less on the North-East by lessor’s land measuring 100 feet more or less on the South-East by proposed road measuring 180 feet more or less and on the South-West by lessor’s land measuring 100 feet more or less b) Recovery of Possession of the said land c) Damages for trespass d) Perpetual Injunction restraining the Defendant, his agents, servants, assigns, or whoever from continuing to develop the land pending the final determination of this suit. e) Costs inclusive of legal and administrative costs.
