JUDGMENT BY COURT: On 11th December 2008 the plaintiff issued out this writ of summons accompanied by a statement of claim and claimed the following reliefs: a. Declaration of title to a piece and parcel of land and described same b. Damages for trespass to the said land c. Demolition forthwith of any structure erected on the said piece or parcel of land d.
