CONSENT JUDGMENT The plaintiff commenced this action on 21st May 2014 against the defendant claiming the following reliefs: a) A declaration that the defendant is in breach of the agreement reached with plaintiff on 8/2012 for the sale and supply of roofing and rain gutter material as well as provision of professional services for rain gutter installation on the house of the defendant which is situated at No 34 3rd West Link Berma Height East La Dadekotopon Accra and for which the defendant was fully paid for cost of the material and installation services by plaintiff b) An order from the court against the defendant compelling same to pay to the plaintiff a total amount of GHC23,290.45 being full cost of replacement material for the reroofing and rain gutters including professional installation services at the plaintiffs house under construction and situated at Number 34 3rd west Link Berma Height East La Dadekotopon Accra together with interest on the said sum from 1/4/2015 till da...
