JUDGMENT In this suit, the plaintiff’s claim against the defendant is for: (a) A declaration that his dismissal is unlawful (b) Damages for unlawful dismissal (c) Restoration of his position as Senior Accountant; and (d) Payment of all salaries and allowances. Before 14th January, 2002, the plaintiff was a Senior Accountant in the Judicial Service of Ghana. He was employed by the Service in 1984; and by dint of hard work, it seems to me, he was appointed the Regional Accountant in charge of the Western Region of Ghana sometime in the year 2001. He was an executive officer. The plaintiff was summarily dismissed from the Judicial Service, following an allegation of misconduct made against him; and found to have been proved against him. The letter of dismissal (exhibit A), dated 14th January, 2002, under the hand of George A.
