THE REPUBLIC vs CIRCUIT COURT (3) ACCRA EX-PARTE: DR. KWAKU NSIAH
JUDGMENT This is a judicial review application by which counsel moves on behalf of the applicant herein, Dr. Kwaku Nsiah, himself a lawyer for the following reliefs: (a) An order quashing the order of the circuit Court dated the 25th day of August 2014. (b) A declaration that the motion for forfeiture of recognizance having not been served on the Surety/Applicant the Circuit Court Judge had no jurisdiction to proceed on same. (c) An order that the GH¢10,000.00 paid by the Surety/Applicant be refunded to him (Applicant) as having been made wrongfully. (d) Any further order or orders as the Court may deem fit to make in the circumstances of the case. Accompanying the motion paper is a 27 paragraph affidavit in support verifying the facts upon which the applicant relies in moving the application.
