JUDGMENT This is a consolidated suit. On 16th January 2009 the plaintiffs Nana Kwakye and Nana Adjei filed suit number IRL/15/09 against Vida Timing. But the claim was amended on 21st March 2012. The plaintiffs claim is for: a. A declaration that plaintiffs are the beneficial owners of a building covered by a conveyance stamped as LVB5602B/06 registered at Land Registry as AR/3154B/2005 and covered by Land Title Certificate No. GA 26274 b. An order for the recovery of possession of the property c. An order directed at the defendant to pay rent at GH¢200 per month from the 1st of August, 2005 to the date of final judgment d. Costs It is the case of the 1st plaintiff in the 1st suit that he purchased the property on behalf of the 2nd plaintiff from the deceased husband of the defendant in the year 2005 for the sum of GH¢30,000.00.
