JUDGMENT The plaintiff claims against the defendants jointly and severally for: a. “A declaration that House No J9REIT situate at community 20, Lashibi Tema is jointly owned by the plaintiff and the 1st defendant. b. An order that the plaintiff be at liberty to pay out the 1st defendant’s share or interest in the said property. c. An order for return to the said House No. J9REIT, Community 20, Lashibi, Tema, all items removed by the 1st defendant from the said house. d. An order of perpetual injunction restraining the defendants, whether by themselves, their servants, agents, privies, whomsoever from interfering with the plaintiff’s and plaintiff’s family use or enjoyment of the property. e.
