RULING The wife Petitioner seeks the dissolution of the marriage celebrated between herself and the Respondent on the basis of unreasonable behavior. Per her petition, she alleges that she suffered hardship, psychologically and immeasurable disgrace and embarrassment at the hands of the Respondent. Furthermore, she alleges that they have not lived together as husband and wife for more than ten years, that he no longer maintains their two children and her good self, that he is aggressive, domineering and is in an adulterous relationship. Even though she alleges that they acquired certain properties jointly she prays per the following reliefs: a. The said marriage celebrated on the 30th May, 1993 should be dissolved. b. The custody of the two children should be granted to her with reasonable access to the Respondent; c. The Respondent should be ordered to pay for the educational and medical bills of the children; d. The Respondent be ordered to maintain the children of the marriage...
