RULING Per her petition, the wife Petitioner seeks the following reliefs: (a) That the marriage between the parties contracted on 1st September, 2012 be dissolved. (b) That the Respondent be made to bear the legal costs of the Petitioner and all other costs relating to this petition. (c) Any other reliefs that this Honourable Court may deem equitable. The Respondent on the other hand prays for the following: 1. The marriage has not broken down beyond reconciliation. 2. That with counseling of both parties the marriage can be restored. 3. That each party should bear their own cost. This petition was filed after leave had been sought to present it within two years of marriage.
