JUDGMENT In an application filed on 8th April 2014, the Applicant prayed the court for “an order of committal against the Respondents herein for packing sandcrete blocks unto and demolishing one of the buildings on the land in dispute upon the grounds set forth in the accompanying affidavit and for such order or further orders as this honourable cuurt may seem meet.” The Applicant stated that he caused summons to issue against the Respondents for the following reliefs: (a) Recovery of possession of a parcel of land at Oyarifa. (b) Recovery of possession on one (1) room, kitchen and the adjoining compound in House No. 077 Oyarifa, Accra He stated further that to restrain the Respondents from further interfering with the properties referred to above, he filed an Application for Interim Injunction which was duly served on the Respondents.
