JUDGMENT The Plaintiff claims against the Defendant the following reliefs: (1) A declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land described in the schedule hereunder. (2) Recovery of possession. (3) Damages for trespass. (4) Perpetual Injunction restraining the Defendant, his agents, servants, assignees, workmen, grantees privies or by whosoever claiming through him from entering onto the land and interfering in anyway whatsoever with Plaintiff’s land.
