The Appellant herein, Adjei Jones, was arraigned before the Circuit Court, Kumasi on the following; COUNT ONE STATEMENT OF OFFENCE CAUSING UNLAWFUL HARM CONTRARY TO SECTION 69 OF ACT 29/30 PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE ADJEI JONES, KENTE WEAVER/DRIVER: For that on 21st day of June, 2009 at Old Hemang Junction in the Ashanti Region and within the jurisdiction of this court, did cause harm to Sarah Ewudzi This is an appeal from the District Court, Mankranso, in the Ashanti Region where the Appellant was convicted and sentenced on a charge of causing unlawful harm, contrary to section 69 of the criminal and other offences Act 1960, Act 29. The particulars of offence are as follows:- “Anokyewaa Mary: Trader on 27th September, 2015 at Poku Krom in the Ahafo-Ano South District of the Ashanti Region and within the jurisdiction of this court, you caused harm to one Badariya Mohammed”.
