About seven years ago on 22nd April, 2008, the plaintiff, Opanin Kwadwo Sarpong, describing himself as the head of the Agona Family of Atwima Twedie, after he allegedly succeeded one Opanin Osei Kwabena, who is said to have died sometime in 2006, issued from the Registry of this Court, the instant writ of summons claiming the following reliefs: a. Declaration of title to and an order for recovery of possession of all that piece and parcel of the cocoa farm at Mansaso on Toase Stool land and bounded by the properties of Opanin Yaw Berko, Kwasi Akaa, Kwame Dapaa, Kwasi Addai, Opanin Asamoah, Adwoa Dufie, Ama Datarno, Kwame Dwumfuor and Opanin Kwabena Tawiah. b.
