WIAMOASE S.D.A CHURCH PER ITS ELDERS: PAUL OPPONG & OR vs. MADAM AKOSUA AMPOMAH & OR

The plaintiff is the Wiamoase branch of the Seventh Day Adventist Church which instituted this action through two of it elders. By its amended writ of summons, filed on 14th June, 2012, the plaintiff claimed against the defendants (a) a declaration of title and recovery of possession of a piece of land described to be lying and situate at Ahyiresu, Wiamoase Zongo on Agona Wiamoase stool land and bounded by the properties of the Defendants, Mr. Boateng, Yallow (Yaro Kramo) and others, (b) Damages for trespass, (c) recovery of possession of: (i) Ten trips of sand (ii) Five trips of stone (iii) 2300 sandcrete blocks (iv) 2 Corner pillars and hedges around the disputed land or their Ghana Cedi equivalent and, (d) Perpetual injunction against the defendants, their agents, servants, and privies from interfering with plaintiff’s quiet enjoyment of the disputed property. Both defendants are natives of Wiamoase and boundary owners of the land occupied by the plaintiff/church at Wiamo.....
