HON DR KOJO APPIAH KUBl (MP) ATWIMA KWANWOMA VS. KESSBEN FM

Dr. Kojo Appiah-Kubi in his complaint dated 19 February 2015 claimed that Kessben 93.3 FM had carried a story stating that he had recruited a party member to collect monies for myself from a toilet that he had built for the people of Krofrom in the Atwima Kwanwoma District. His actions had created so much tension in the town that the chiefs and people of Krofrom had sent him to court. The complainant said the statement was untrue fabricated, malicious and meant to tarnish his hard earned reputation. Officers representing Kessben 93.3 FM at the Settlement Committee agreed that they had not treated Hon. Dr. Appiah-Kubi fairly and admitted the professional lapses in their story. The Management of Kessben 93.3 FM had earlier sent a letter of apology to the Commission stating that: There was no quarrel or tension between Hon.
