EKENE ANOZIE vs. THE REPUBLIC

BY COURT: We have carefully perused the Judgment of the Court of Appeal and the record of proceedings and we are satisfied that the Court of Appeal adequately considered both the facts and the Law of this case and arrived at a sound conclusion. Accordingly we see no reason to disturb the said Judgment appealed from and consequently dismiss this appeal.
