This is an appeal by the Plaintiff/Appellant who will be described hereafter as the Plaintiff against the judgment of the High Court, Koforidua dated the 17th day of January 2014 in favour of the Defendant/Respondent who will be described hereafter as the Defendant. On the 7th of December, 2005, the Plaintiff instituted an action against the Defendant claiming the following reliefs: 1.
