GYAESAYOR, JA This is an appeal against the decision of the Circuit Court Accra dated 4th February 2011. In that judgment the learned Circuit judge made consequential orders upon the formal dissolution of the customary marriage contracted between the parties in or around 1986/87. The parties were blessed with three children. In her petition for divorce the petitioner averred that the marriage had broken down beyond reconciliation and that respondent/appellant had brought another woman into the matrimonial home with the intention of marrying her. According to the petitioner, the customary marriage took place in the United Kingdom where she lives with the children of the marriage and paid visits to Ghana. After sometime the appellant herein who is a contractor decided to relocate to Ghana.
