AYEBI, JA 1. The parties in this suit were unrepresented at the trial court. They filed all processes and conducted their respective cases themselves. By an amended writ of summons, the plaintiff claimed against the defendant/appellant: a) “A declaration of title and recovery of possession of all that plot No. 126 Block “A” Sector 3 situate and lying at Koraso near Dormaa Ahenkro and bounded by Plot No. 125, 124, a lane and road which the defendant has trespassed upon and making an adverse claim. b) General damages for trespass c) Five thousand five hundred Ghana Cedis (5,500.00) being total expenses plaintiff had incurred on the plot. d) An order of perpetual injunction restraining the defendant, his agents, assigns and all member(sic) of persons acting by him trespassing and interfering with plaintiff’s property. 2.
