ADJEI, J.A: The Defendants in the consolidated case before the High Court Koforidua dissatisfied with the judgment rendered on 5th February, 2015 filed an appeal against the said decision to this Court on the same day the judgment was delivered. It is a consolidated case and the Defendants in both suits were victors in their respective cases. The Plaintiffs in both suits were different but it was the same person who was the Defendant in both suits. The respective claims of both Plaintiffs against the Defendant were for declaration of title to land, damages for trespass, recovery of possession and an order for perpetual injunction.
