ADUAMA OSEI In this judgment, the Plaintiff/Respondent/Appellant is referred to as “the Plaintiff” and the 2nd Defendant/Appellant/Respondent is referred to as “the 2nd Defendant”. The 1st Defendant will continue to be referred to as such.
