TANKO AMADU J.A (1) This is an appeal arising from a matrimonial dispute which has gone through a long and tortuous journey throughout the hierarchy of the superior courts of the land including the invocation of the review jurisdiction of the Supreme Court. Since the Supreme Court delivered its judgment in the matter, several applications have been filed with a view to enforcing the judgment of the High Court one of which has given rise to this appeal.
