DECISION INTRODUCTION The Commission received this complaint from the Complainant on 19th August 2013 against the Respondent who is her younger sister. The Complainant alleged that her sister killed her daughter and turned the rest of her children against her. She petitioned the Commission to restrain the Respondent to desist from turning her children against her and to investigate her unlawful detention by the Respondent for committing no offence. COMPLAINANT'S POSITION The Commission received this complaint from the Complainant on 19th August 2013 against the Respondent who is her younger sister.
