JUDGMENT The plaintiffs are administrators of Dr. Julius Amartey Sogbodjor and filed this action in that capacity with the following reliefs. a. An order for declaration of title to a parcel of land situate and lying at West Legon Papao in an approximate area of 0.36 acres and bounded on the North by developed property measured 240 ft. more or less on the south by the developed property measuring 240 ft. more or less and on the East by a proposed road measuring 75 ft. b. Damages for trespass CASE OF THE PLAINIFFS It is the case of the plaintiffs that the defendants are persons who have occupied a portion of land and have constructed a temporary structure on the land belonging to the late Dr. Julius Amartey Sogbodjor.
