JUDGMENT The reliefs the Plaintiff seeks against the Defendant are: (a) A declaration that the decision of the Defendant dated 30th December, 2010 prompted by Home foods processing and Cannery Limited and vary adverse to the Plaintiff is unfair, unreasonable, arbitrary, capricious and ill-motivated and some is null and void. (b) A consequential order setting aside the Defendant’s decision dated 30th December, 2010.
