JUDGEMENT The Plaintiffs by their writ dated the 15th day of June, 2007 are before this Court seeking the following reliefs: i A declaration by the Court that Letters of Administration in respect of the estate of Joseph Kwei Nettey were granted by the High Court, Accra to the 1st Defendant on the 5th of July, 1966 and the said estate had already been distributed. ii. A declaration by the Court that the order procured by the 1st, 2nd 3rd , 4th 5th and 6th Defendants from the High Court, Accra presided by His Lordship Justice Acquaye by which the 7th Defendant was appointed to distribute the estate of Joseph Kwei Nettey according to the Intestate Succession Law, 1985 PNDCL 111 was procured by fraud . iii. An order vacating the order made by His Lordship, Mr. Justice Acquaye in which he appointed the 7th Defendant to distribute the estate of Joseph Kwei Nettey (deceased) in accordance with the Intestate Succession Law, 1985 PNDCL 111. iv.
