JUDGMENT By her amended statement of claim, filed on the 4th of March, 2013, the Plaintiff has sued the Defendants in this Court for the following: 1. A declaration that the Plaintiff is a surviving spouse of the late Professor Patrick Twumasi b) An order joining the Plaintiff to the administrators to cater for her interest and/or that of her children with the late Professor Patrick Twumasi. c) A declaration that Plaintiff contributed towards the development of House No C683/26 on Kinshasa Road, East Legon Accra and is therefore entitled to a share in the said house. d) An order directing that 50% of the interest in House No. C683/26 on Kinshasa Road, East Legon, Accra be settled in favour of the Plaintiff. e) A declaration that House No 51, Adjirigano Road, on Plot No. 232, East Legon Extension is the personal property of the Plaintiff and does not form part of the property of the late Professor Patrick Twumasi.
