JUDGMENT This is a consolidated suit. Suit numbered IRL 293/09 will be referred to as Suit A and FAL 157/11 as Suit B. By the plaintiff’s writ of summons in Suit A filed on 5th May 2009, which was amended on 22nd December 2011, he claims against Simavi Company Limited the following reliefs: 1.
