RULING This is motion on notice for an order of summary judgment filed by the plaintiff/applicant against the defendant for the reliefs endorsed on the writ of summons and statement of claim. It is the contention of the plaintiff that they caused a writ and statement of claim to be issued and served on the defendants for a declaration that the plaintiffs have completed payment of the purchase price of two plots of land at East Legon Extension. The plaintiff is therefore seeking an order directed at the defendants, its officers etc. to issue the plaintiffs with title documents to cover the two plots of land. The plaintiffs are also seeking an order of injunction to restrain the defendant from disturbing their quiet enjoyment of the land.
