JUDGMENT On the 16th day of January 2013, the plaintiff took out a writ on the defendants, seeking jointly and severally against them, 1. Again per same exhibit A, on 22/2/12 defendants driver was put before the Kintampo District Court on two counts of Careless and inconsiderate driving and Negligently causing harm.
