RULING The husband/Petitioner seeks the dissolution of the marriage contracted between himself and the Respondent on 19th May 2007 on grounds of unreasonable behaviour. He prays per the following reliefs: a. That the said marriage be dissolved. b. That custody of the two boys in the marriage be given to the Petitioner and reasonable access be given to the Petitioner in respect of the last born. c. That the Petitioner’s Toyota Corolla with registration number GW 4559 X be given to the Respondent d. That the Petitioner pays GHC5,000.00 as financial provision to the Respondent. The Respondent on the other hand prays for the following reliefs: a. That the ordinance marriage between the parties should not be dissolved because it has not broken down beyond reconciliation. b. That attempts should be made at reconciling the differences between the parties. c. That the parties be referred to the court connected ADR system to attempt reconciliation. d. Further or other reliefs.....
