RULING The Plaintiff herein by a writ of summons instituted this action on 2nd December 2009 claiming the following reliefs: i. Declaration of title to property ii. Recovery of possession iii. Injunction restraining the Defendant by himself, agent, workmen, assigns howsoever from interfering before and after final determination of the suit. iv. Damages v. Costs He makes these claims on the strength that he bought landed property being No. 6 Mango Street, East Legon in the Bawaleshie enclave of land from a vendor who had put up the property on land known then as Plot 688, East Legon. At the time he bought it, his vendor had sold the adjoining plot to his neighbour. In 1992, his vendor obtained his Land Title Certificate, built on the land and sold it to the Plaintiff in 1996 and he enjoyed peaceful enjoyment of ownership and possession until 2007 when someone claiming to be the representative of Malam Musa challenged him.
