RULING The Respondent/Applicant (hereinafter referred to as the Applicant) has filed an application for a variation of this court’s orders made on 17th November 2015. The court had made its orders of 17th November 2015 taking into consideration the following: (a) Maintenance of the status quo (b) The party against who the balance of hardship will weigh onerously against. (c) The party against who the balance of convenience will weigh onerously against. (d) Whether or not the Applicant can be adequately recompensed in the event he wins the suit. The court preserved the status quo until all applications pending in respect of this matter were dealt with. Both parties were restrained from doing any of the following: 1. Making any disposition of the shares in the Company to any other party pending the commencement of winding up. 2.
