RULING The Plaintiff herein applied for and was granted an order for leave to issue writ of summons and to service notice of writ outside the jurisdiction. The reliefs endorsed on the writ were: A. Orders of injunction requiring Defendants i. To refrain from conspiracy with Tullow Ghana ii. To refrain from tortuous interference with the contractual relations of Plaintiff and Strategic Oil and Gas Resources thus causing damage to the Plaintiff; iii.
