The plaintiff and defendant were formerly married; the plaintiff alleged he sent money from the USA to the defendant to purchase land and construct a building in his name, but the defendant registered the property in their daughter's name and refused to vacate after their divorce. The defendant denied the plaintiff's claims, asserting she purchased and developed the property with her own resources and that the plaintiff was unaware of the purchase until informed. The plaintiff sought declaration of title, accounting of rents, injunction, recovery of possession, and costs.
