This application was filed on the 19th October, 2016. The case itself has had a chequered history of undue delay caused by the defendant. In my view if the defendant was desirous of contesting the values of the properties, they would have filed an affidavit to that effect or even produced the alleged documents for the attention of the court. I find the position taken by the defendant/judgement/ debtor as one of their delay tactics to frustrate the plaintiff/judgement/ creditor and all the other creditors. I have read the application and the supporting affidavit. I have examined the valuation report and I am of the view that it is of merit. Same is accordingly granted. The forced sale value of industrial lands and buildings at Akosombo is hereby fixed at GH₵68,000,800.00.
