The Plaintiffs claim against the Defendants for: a. A declaration that 1st Defendant Company is the joint property of the parties herein b. A declaration that the shares of 1st Defendant Company are held in trust by 2nd Defendant for himself and Plaintiffs c. An order for accounts d. An order that the Plaintiffs are entitled to a total of thirty percent (30%) of the shares of 1st Defendant Company. e. Recovery of the cedis equivalent of the sum of US$4,500 per month from March, 2012 to date for each of the Plaintiffs as executive directors allowances. f. Interest on relief (e) herein from March, 2012 till date of final payment g. General damages for breach of contract h. Costs including solicitors fee i. Any order or orders as to the Honourable Court may deem fit to make under the circumstances.
