The instant application seeks an order of the court to preserve Mercedes Benz CLK with registration number GR 40-11. This application is brought pursuant to a writ issued against the defendants herein for: a) Recovery of the amount of GH₵404,947.11 being the balance and interest on the principal amount. b) The sum of GH₵44,230.94 being the penal interest charge over the period. c) Interest on the GH₵404,947.11 at the agreed contractual rate from 17th November, 2014 to date of final payment. d) Costs.
