YAW OWUSU (PLAINTIFF) vs. BUILDAF COMPANY, ANGELINA ATTIPOE, ADVANCE VENTURE AND LANDS COMMISSION (DEFENDANTS)

This suit commenced with the issuance of a writ of summons and statement of claim on the 26th July, 2011. The writ was renewed by order of this Court. Eventually, the Plaintiff’s claims were amended, by leave of the court, to read as follows; a) A declaration of title to all that pieces of land contained in the schedule below including the disputed land. b) Recovery of possession c) An order setting aside the said transaction in favour of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Defendants as void. d) An order directed at the 4th Defendant to expunge from its records the said transaction in favour of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Defendants or anything incidental thereto. e) Damages for wrongful dealings with the Plaintiff’s land at the 4th Defendant Commission. f) An order of perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants from in any way interfering with the Plaintiff’s land based on the said transactions. g) Costs SCHEDULE OF PLAINTIFF’S LAND REFERRED TO ABOVE ALL THAT PIECE OR PARCEL OF LA...
