In this suit, the plaintiff, who is daughter of the defendant, dragged her father to court praying for declaration of title to and recovery of possession of a house described as Plot 3, Block 6 Denkyemuoso – Kumasi which she asserted was built by her mother, and gifted to her. It is her case that her mother acquired the bare plot of land in 1991 in her name when she was then a child at a time her father had travelled to and ordinarily resident in Israel. The evidence of her mother amply explains the case of the plaintiff as follows: A. Plaintiff is my daughter and defendant is my former husband. Q.
