FACTS The Plaintiff was employed, first with Classfam Pharmacy and then subsequently, with Classic Herbal Centre, both operated by the 2nd Defendant as Managing Director at all material times. In both establishments, Plaintiff was designated as a Shop Manager on full time basis. His employment with Classfam Pharmacy was regulated by a letter of employment dated 30th March, 2006 while his employment with Classic Herbal Centre was regulated by a letter dated 2nd July 2007. At a later date, the 1st Defendant, Classfam (GH) Ltd., took over the two business operations of the 2nd Defendant. On 1st January, 2010, the Plaintiff’s salaried position was converted to commission on sales by the 1st Defendant.
