The Plaintiff is a bank operating from various branches in Ghana including the Agona Swedru and the Boundary Road, Accra branches. The Defendant is the Managing Director of Rinacand Company Ltd., a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Ghana transacting business from its offices in Agona Swedru and Accra (hereinafter “Rinacand/the Company”). In the Plaintiff’s Statement of Claim, Plaintiff claims against the Defendant, as mortgagor and also in his personal capacity, the following reliefs: 1.
